Training Workshop on Project Cycle Management (PCM) Module-II (Batch-II)

Objectives of The Training Programme

The training workshop was designed to achieve the following objectives:

  • To enable the participants to acquire knowledge on the project Implementation, Procurement, Result Based Monitoring (RBM), Logical Framework and Monitoring & Evaluation
  • To provide knowledge in procurement of goods & services as per KPPRA Rules
  • To prepare project profile and its periodical update
  • To identify activities of each items included in the capitol cost estimates, prepare work plan based on activities and identify cash requirements
  • To develop result based monitoring & evaluation parameters and logical framework
  • Quantify the impact of increase in cost and delay in implementation on the economic & financial viability of the project
