Objectives of The Training Programme
The training workshop was designed to achieve the following objectives:
- To enable the participants to acquire knowledge on the project Implementation, Procurement, Result Based Monitoring (RBM), Logical Framework and Monitoring & Evaluation
- To provide knowledge in procurement of goods & services as per KPPRA Rules
- To prepare project profile and its periodical update
- To identify activities of each items included in the capitol cost estimates, prepare work plan based on activities and identify cash requirements
- To develop result based monitoring & evaluation parameters and logical framework
- Quantify the impact of increase in cost and delay in implementation on the economic & financial viability of the project
