WHO WE ARE

S&S Associates Islamabad was established and registered under the Registrar of Firms, Islamabad Capital Territory Administration vide Registration No. RF/ICT/10683 of 2013. The firm comprises of a group of highly experienced professional consultants (economists, agriculturists, food technologists, social scientists, environmentalists, geologists, climate change experts, engineers, technocrats, development planners, financial managers, monitors and evaluators).

The group members have vast multi-sectoral experience at senior positions in the public sector, corporate sector and international organizations in the field of research, development planning, feasibility studies, project preparation & implementation, institutional capacity building, training & human resource development (HRD), risk analysis & management, result-based monitoring & evaluation (RBM&E), end project evaluation and impact assessment of the public/private/non-governmental sector projects/programs/ initiatives.

Feasibility Study

As the name implies, a feasibility analysis is used to determine the viability of an idea, such as ensuring a project is legally and technically feasible as well as economically justifiable. It tells us whether a project is worth the investment—in some cases, a project may not be doable.

Project Preparation

Project preparation is the process of analyzing and developing a project idea into a final project ready for implementation. The product of this process is presented in the form of a Project Document.

Implementation

Project implementation (or project execution) is the phase where visions and plans become reality. This is the logical conclusion, after evaluating, deciding, visioning, planning, applying for funds and finding the financial resources of a project.
